Yes! When rescheduling an appointment you can leave a detailed note for your service PRO. Your PRO can also leave a note for you when responding to your appointment reschedule request. To view notes from your PRO click the “>” button next to your recently rescheduled appointment. Any notes will show in the box below your appointment details.
