You can reschedule your upcoming appointments directly from your account dashboard by clicking the “>” button next to the appointment you’d like to reschedule. On the next screen click “Reschedule” and select your new date and time. Please note, you can suggest up to 3 possible dates for your service. When you’re finished click ”Submit”.
Your appointment reschedule request has now been sent to your local service provider for approval. If they can accommodate your reschedule request you’ll be notified and your appointment details will be updated on your account dashboard.
